We may or may not be available to answer questions on the
weekends, however they will be answered by Monday
morning.
Proofs of invitations will be mailed within 48 business hours of
receiving personalization information and payment.
We are happy to send samples of products for you to see with
different themes or characters but please do not ask to see
proofs of products with your information unless you have paid
for an item.
We WILL NOT mail any order that a proof has been
requested for or sent so please be sure to check your email!
Please allow 48 – 72 hours for your order to be printed and
mailed. We will do rush orders at no additional cost if we are
emailed in advance to make sure it is possible. Please do not
assume that we can. Once an order has been mailed you will
receive an email letting you know.
If there is any problem with your order that is rightfully our
mistake we will make sure you receive the corrected item at
no additional cost to you.
