U.S Shipping & Handling Costs

All orders will be mailed USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. You will receive
an email from us stating when your order has been mailed.

On Orders Totaling:
$0.01 to $24.99 - $6.50
$25.00 to $74.99 - 8.50
$75.00 and $99.99 - $10.00
$100.00 and up - FREE!

USPS Express shipping is $20.00
Rush with USPS Priority shipping is $27.00
Rush with USPS Express shipping is $38.80

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days after approval on
proof(s) has been received. Orders are mailed USPS priority mail which
normally arrive within 2 - 3 business days.

Express mail is $20.00 which is guaranteed to most areas in 1 business
day. Please remember this does not speed the processing of your order,
we still need time to get your proof emailed to you to review (24 business
hours) and then 2 - 3 days to process your order after approval has been
given by you.

Any orders that are needed within 5 business days of placing your order
will require a rush service charge to your order there is a $20.00 additional
cost for this in addition to USPS Express or Priority Mail shipping fee.

USPS Global Priority mail starts at $20.00. We will not mail any order Air Mail.

Due to the nature of personalized products, returns are not accepted.

Errors made by the customer will be reprinted (same identical item) at
a reduced cost and shipping rates will still apply. An error by the
customer includes, but not limited to, any of these situations:

•text originally submitted with an error
•submitted incorrect spelling of a name (i.e. Amy should have been
Amie)
•an error overlooked on proof
